Bitez is located at 7 km west of Bodrum, in the bay next to Gumbet. Since the winds here are particularly favorable for windsurfing, Bitez is considered as one  of the best places for wind surfing and this feature attracted several water sports operators to the Bitez Beach. Bitez's sandy  beach welcome tourist from the various parts of the world. After a short walk from the beach, visitors also enjoy  mandarin and orange garden where  local people do farming in traditional way.
